The CCE is looking for WSU students interested in working with local youth to improve their writing and reading comprehension skills in the Pen Friends program. Letter writer and in-class academic mentor positions are both available. Letter writers exchange weekly messages with an elementary student as a pen pal while academic mentors assist children with reading and writing letters back to their pen pals.
