PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State University Education Abroad Fair will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, on Glenn Terrell Mall.

Students in any field of study can find cost-effective programs to enhance their education and give a global perspective on their areas of study. Students from other universities are welcome.

More than 20 study abroad program providers will offer information about education and internship opportunities in more than 40 countries.

WSU faculty will share information on summer and semester programs abroad that they are leading. Faculty-led programs offer a unique opportunity for in-depth, field-based study abroad while taking WSU courses.

Students also will learn about exchange programs where they enroll directly in a partner university abroad and have access to full curriculum study. Students studying at WSU from these partner schools will be in attendance to answer questions about their home universities.

Education abroad staff will be available to answer questions.

Students will be eligible to win a raffle worth 50 percent off the education abroad application fee.

The fair is a semiannual event that allows students to speak directly with program providers, WSU faculty and education abroad staff about study abroad opportunities.
