Procedures, Records and Forms website is back online.
The Procedures, Records and Forms website has been moved to a new server and access to most of our website has been restored. We are still encountering technical difficulties with access to the FileMaker Pro forms. ITS personnel are working diligently to solve these problems.
Any user who needs a FileMaker Pro form may contact the Office of Procedures, Records, and Forms at prf.forms@wsu.edu. We’ll send out the applicable form by e-mail attachment upon request.
