Organic Farm sale offers food, snacks on the go

 
 
PULLMAN – In the hustle and bustle of Glenn Terrell Mall, fruit and vegetables are taking over every Wednesday. Staff, faculty and students buy food from the WSU Organic Farm either as a quick snack between classes or for dinner later.
 
Farm manager Brad Jaeckel said getting up to campus and interacting with the WSU community goes a long way for continuing the farm.
 
The Organic Farm sells produce on the Terrell Mall outside of College Hall on Wednesdays 11 a.m .- 1 p.m. Jaeckel said the sale will continue until mid-October.
 
The three-acre Organic Farm has been certified as organic since 2004 by the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Learn more about the Organic Farm here.
