Knott Dairy provides working research lab

 

 

 

PULLMAN – The Knott Dairy is WSU’s teaching and research laboratory, as well as a functional dairy.

 

Student groups and researchers study the nutrition and health of the herd and practice dairy techniques. The dairy milks about 180 cows a day.
