Gov. Locke to visit Pullman Oct. 28

Gary Locke will visit the Washington State University campus in Pullman Thursday (Oct. 28) to honor the 2004-2005 Washington Promise Scholarship recipients.The program will run from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the Lewis Alumni Centre.
