PULLMAN – Richard J. (Jeff) Puckett has been named senior vice president and chief operating officer for the WSU Foundation, effective Sept. 15.

He will be responsible for managing, developing and enhancing the internal operations, processes, and infrastructure of the WSU Foundation to ensure outstanding service to all college and unit personnel involved in development across WSU.

Seattle businessman, philanthropist and WSU regent Ken Alhadeff will be the guest speaker at “Empowering a Vision… Multicultural Leaders of Tomorrow,” a fundraising dinner set for 5:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, in the CUB Ballroom.Sponsored by the Associated Students of Washington State University, the dinner will raise money for a variety of annual multicultural conferences that came up short of funds this year.
