Carson appointed to second term on Board of Regents

PULLMAN, Wash. – Scott E. Carson, Washington State University alumnus and retired Boeing executive, has been appointed to a second term on the WSU Board of Regents. Washington Gov. Jay Inslee Tuesday finalized the appointment, which lasts through Sept. 30, 2019.
