Alumni Centre welcomes campus use

The Lewis Alumni Centre has been called the “university’s living room,” by President V. Lane Rawlins. The Alumni Centre staff is working hard to fulfill that vision.“The Alumni Centre is a gift from WSU alumni to the campus community, intended to help bring Cougars together and help WSU achieve its best,” says Mark Wilcomb, director of operations for the centre.A strategic goal of Alumni Relations is to reach out to the campus community and increase use of the building for WSU’s benefit. Dec. 10 holiday celebration

The 18th annual Washington State University Holiday Celebration will be Dec. 10 at the Lewis Alumni Centre on the Pullman campus. The event is free and open to the public.The celebration will be from 6-8 p.m. and includes photo opportunities with both Santa and Santa Butch and a musical performance by the WSU Madrigal Singers. The College of Veterinary Medicine Draft Horse Club will also give horse drawn wagon rides.A silent auction will feature a variety of holiday and Cougar spirit items, including holiday wreaths decorated by local businesses.
