March 15 deadline for new WSU Alumni Association award

PULLMAN, Wash. – Nominations are being accepted for a new award from the Washington State University Alumni Association (WSUAA). The Cougar Pride Award will be presented to alumni, former students and friends of WSU who have consistently demonstrated extraordinary loyalty, spirit and pride in support of the university.

Criteria will include commitment, dedication and service to WSU and/or the alumni association that builds pride and spirit at WSU and beyond.

Nominations will be reviewed by an alumni association committee, which will make recommendations to the WSUAA board of directors at spring and fall meetings. Twice yearly nomination deadlines are March 15 and Sept. 1.
