Special meeting of Global Operations, Leadership Development

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Board of Directors of Global Operations and Leadership Development, a non-profit corporation affiliated with Washington State University, will hold a special meeting at 4:00 p.m. Sept. 21 in French Administration 422 at WSU Pullman.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the annual corporate business, which will include the following agenda items:

  • Approve minutes from the June 11, 2015, GOLD special meeting;
  • Establish the 2016 annual meeting date;
  • Elect officers;
  • Receive annual updates from GOLD’s subsidiary corporations; and
  • Discuss other corporate business, as needed.
