Native American high school students from five states will attend the 23rd Annual Na-ha-shnee Native American Health Science Institute at WSU Spokane, June 18-29.
Best-selling author Ijeoma Oluo will be the featured speaker at an evening that celebrates women of color, June 30 at Columbia Basin College’s Gjerde Center.
The award, one of the profession’s highest honors, was presented to Mary Jo Gonzales based on her outstanding contributions to the field of student affairs.
