Jan. 25: Learn about, join business startup teams
PULLMAN, Wash. – Resources for creating a startup company and competing for funding in Washington State University business competitions will be presented at Partnering & Pizza 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, in the Frank Innovation Zone in the basement of Dana Hall.
Hosted by the WSU Center for Entreprenurial Studies and I-Corps, the event will include presentations about new business and technology ideas that Cougar colleagues are pursuing, the resources available at WSU and the Palouse area, how to find mentors and/or teams to join and how compete for $50,000 in business plan competition prize money.
Representatives from the Palouse Knowledge Corridor and WSU Entreprenurial Faculty Ambassadors will provide support and ideas.

WSU I-Corps is an entrepreneurship training program led by the Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture in partnership with the Carson College of Business and the College of Arts and Sciences.
The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies in the Carson College of Business enables students to learn the hands-on skills and teamwork necessary to go from creating a prototype to developing a business plan to launching a commercially viable product and business.
