PULLMAN, Wash. – A free, public presentation about communicating across partisan divides in polarized times will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, in Bryan Hall 308, sponsored by the Washington State University Foley Institute and the university chapters of Young Americans for Liberty.
