Nov. 11: Veterans Day includes speakers, wreath-laying

veterans-dayPULLMAN, Wash. – The annual, public Veterans Day ceremony at Washington State University will begin with food served outside the CUB auditorium at 9:30 a.m. and a program in the auditorium at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11.Speakers will include WSU professor of military science Chris Heatherly and WSU president Kirk Schulz.

A bagpipe flag procession on Terrell Friendship Mall to a wreath-laying at the Veterans Memorial will conclude the commemoration, which is hosted by the Associated Students of WSU Veterans Committee.
