SPOKANE, Wash. – The College of Pharmacy has redefined some roles and titles of four administrators effective July 1.

“These changes will elevate the profile of key operational aspects and align us with our pharmacy and health sciences peers,” said Dean Gary Pollack.

The appointments are:
• Vice dean, external relations: Linda Garrelts MacLean, previously associate dean for advancement
• Assistant dean, recruitment and student success: Jennifer Robinson, previously director of student services
• Assistant dean, assessment and accreditation: Brenda Bray, previously director of assessment
• Assistant dean, Yakima extension of the doctor of pharmacy program: Angela Stewart, previously director of the Yakima extension

The new roles help position the Washington State University college as a top-tier pharmacy school and support its mission for excellence in collaborative research, scholarship and development of outstanding health care professionals and scientists.

“The college’s administrators as a whole are truly outstanding,” Pollack said. “I look forward to what we will accomplish together for our students and our programs.”
