April 22: Flute, clarinet, piano close faculty series for the year

PULLMAN, Wash. – Recently composed music for flute, clarinet and piano in a variety of combinations will be performed by the Scott-Garrison Duo in “American Discoveries” at 8 p.m. Friday, April 22, in Bryan Hall at Washington State University.

Part of the WSU Faculty Artist Series, the concert costs $10 general admission, $5 senior citizens and non-WSU students, and free for WSU students with ID. Tickets will be available in the lobby 30 minutes before concert time. Proceeds benefit the School of Music scholarship fund.

WSU faculty clarinetist Shannon Scott and University of Idaho faculty flutist Leonard Garrison comprise the duo, which has performed since 1988 and has released two critically acclaimed recordings, “Barn Dances” and “Perennials.”
