VANCOUVER, Wash. – Six students will represent Washington State University Vancouver in national and regional business sales contests in the spring after winning in their recent campus competition.

For the past four years, the Carson College of Business professional sales program at WSU Vancouver has been named among the top 50 collegiate sales programs in the U.S. by the nonprofit nationwide Sales Education Foundation.

Brett Ellibee and Honor Stevenson will participate in the National Collegiate Sales Competition at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Emily Vis, Cameron Sanborn, Sydney Hickey and Micah Harpel will advance to the Western States Collegiate Sales Competition at Chico State University in California.

Forty-five regional business professionals joined the competition as judges and “buyers” to evaluate 29 students as they performed sales presentation role-plays.
