Benefits found with state’s innovative parole program

Huffington-post-parole-articleSPOKANE, Wash. – The state’s community supervision of those on parole, called Swift and Certain, recently was evaluated by Washington State University criminal justice researchers. They found the program is improving criminal justice.

Benefits were found in treatment, public safety, quality of life and economics.
