Sept. 29: Open house celebrates consolidated health services

PULLMAN, Wash. – Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will host an open house in its new location 8-10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, in the Washington building.

“Now that all student health services are under one roof, students are finding it easier to access the comprehensive care they need,” said Bruce Wright, executive director of CAPS and Washington State University Health & Wellness Services. “We’re already seeing benefits in coordinating patient care and medications, which will improve our ability to provide holistic care.”

“The move has allowed us to expand our office space and resources and made it easier for students to access our services,” said Cassandra Nichols, CAPS director. “We invite WSU faculty and staff to visit us in our new space during our open house this week.”
