PULLMAN, WASH. – The Market in recently opened Global Scholars Hall is three times larger than other markets on the Washington State University Pullman campus and is open longer, later hours.

It offers a variety of local, natural and organic items as well as fresh produce, meats and dairy. Specialized areas include a salad bar and frozen yogurt bar. Freshly baked items from WSU’s Crimson Bakery are available, as well as a selection of espresso drinks.

The Market will be home to Einstein Bros Bagels, set to open Sept. 8, which will serve hot sandwiches and fresh-baked bagels.

It is the fifth WSU Dining Services market at WSU Pullman.

“We are excited to add new options to the food and now grocery services available to the students, faculty and staff,” said Sarah Larson, associate director of Dining Services. “Come look around and give us feedback!”
