April 10: Student financial communications marks anniversary

1-yearPULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State University community is invited to a brief ceremony and refreshments to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the communications center in Student Financial Services at 2 p.m. Friday, April 10 in Lighty 380.

The center’s 14 staff members provide personalized customer service to WSU students from all campuses and their families in order to meet their immediate financial aid needs. In its first year, staff answered nearly 90,000 customer phone calls and processed almost 16,000 emails.
