March 28: Role of independent judiciary considered at Foley

Madsen-80PULLMAN, Wash. – State Supreme Court Justice Barbara Madsen will discuss “The Role of an Independent Judiciary in Washington” at noon Friday, March 28, in Bryan Hall 308.
