March 19: Deadline to register for Showcase events

showcase-125PULLMAN, Wash. – Registration closes Wednesday, March 19, for the Distinguished Faculty Address on Thursday, March 27, and the Celebrating Excellence Recognition Banquet on Friday, March 28 – part of the annual Showcase celebration of excellence at Washington State University. Register at

The address will be presented by Raymond Reeves, professor in the School of Molecular Biosciences. A reception will follow.

The banquet will honor newly tenured and promoted faculty, including Regents professors, new patent awardees and faculty and staff recipients of annual awards for outstanding achievement: Eminent Faculty Award; Sahlin Faculty Excellence Awards; President’s Employee Excellence Awards; President’s Distinguished Teaching Awards for Non-Tenure Track Faculty; Emeritus Society Legacy of Excellence Award; Faculty Diversity Award; Association for Faculty Women Samuel H. Smith Leadership Award; and presenter of the Distinguished Faculty Address are honored at this banquet.
