PULLMAN, Wash. – CrossFit will join the more than 100 fitness classes per week offered by Washington State University Recreation for spring semester. Registration deadline is Jan. 19 and patrons may try out classes for free Jan. 13-19.

With the Pick Two promotion, those who purchase one class will get $10 off the second class and a free T-shirt.

A wide range of class times between 5:45 a.m. and 9 p.m. help insure availability to schedule around class and work. Prices vary depending on the class and UREC membership.

Classes include TRX, Spin, Hot Yoga, Zumba, Pink Gloves Boxing and more.

Patrons who sign up for Introduction to CrossFit will be physically tested through eight weeks of training, and those who pass will be able to move on to higher level CrossFit classes and join the WSU CrossFit team.
