PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State University women’s basketball claimed its first win over the University of Washington since 1995 with an 82-80 victory at Beasley Coliseum Tuesday.
The Cougars improved to 9-6 overall and 3-0 in Pac-12 play, their second 3-0 start in conference play in the last three seasons. Washington dropped to 8-6 and 1-2 in conference.
