Win sets up Cougars for Apple Cup, possible bowl berth

PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) – Connor Halliday threw for 488 yards and four touchdowns as Washington State University beat Utah 49-37 on Saturday to become bowl eligible for the first time since 2006.

WSU-vs-Utah-4-400In its final game of the season, WSU will take on the University of Washington in Seattle for the 2013 Apple Cup. It is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29.
