Oct. 3 – WSU Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble to perform

Wind-Ensemble-2013-400pPULLMAN, Wash. – The WSU Symphonic Band and Symphonic Wind Ensemble will celebrate an evening of band music featuring compositions by Percy Grainger, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Haydn Wood, and Alfred Reed at 8 p.m. Oct. 3  in Bryan Hall Theatre.

Led by David Turnbull and Danh Pham, the ensemble will also welcome Joshua Buckrucker and Chris Nelson to the podium as guest conductors. Ruth Boden,  guest faculty soloist, will  also perform Michael Schelle’s “Prayer” for Cello and Winds.
