Orchestra concert inspired by eastern European music

WSU symphony orchestraPULLMAN, Wash. – Works inspired by the music of eastern Europe will be featured in a free, public concert by the Washington State University Symphony Orchestra at 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, in Bryan Hall.

Assistant conductor Rachael Kone will make her debut with “Dawn on the Moskva River,” the Introduction to “Kovantchina,” an opera by Modest Mussorgsky.
