PULLMAN, Wash. – The Fine Arts Faculty Exhibition will be presented free to the public at the Washington State University Museum of Art Aug. 12-Sept. 14. A reception will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, in the museum gallery.

The museum showcases the exhibition at the beginning of the school year so incoming students are immediately exposed to the manifold talents of the WSU fine arts faculty.

The biennial exhibition is an opportunity for students to see their mentors’ skills and theories put to practice in a diverse array of styles and media. The exhibition includes a wide variety of works from the artists who provide inspiration to WSU students daily.

The museum is located across Wilson Road to the south of Martin Stadium in the Fine Arts Center on the WSU Pullman campus. Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Saturday, open until 7 p.m. on Thursday and closed Sunday. For more information, please contact the museum at 509-335-1910 or visit http://museum.wsu.edu.
