Red Cross to hold February blood drives

About every 20 minutes somebody in the Inland Northwest needs blood. American Red Cross will hold several blood drives this month to help increase local blood supply. Blood drives will take place in Pullman, Moscow, and on the Washington State University and University of Idaho campuses.

Wednesday, Feb. 16, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., WSU Bookie, The Lodge, WSU campus

Thursday, Feb. 17, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., WSU Bookie, The Lodge, WSU campus

Thursday, Feb. 24, 2 – 6 p.m., Summit Therapy, Pullman

Those interested in donating must be 17 years of age or older, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. Recently-tattoed donors must wait a year after receiving their tattoo before donating blood.
