Phil Vassar to rock Beasley Coliseum

Up-and-coming country music superstar, Phil Vassar, performs at 7:30 p.m., May 1, at Beasley Coliseum, with special guest, Coltrain.

Vassar’s popularity began with his self-titled 2000 Arista Nashville debut. That album yielded the number-one single “Just Another Day in Paradise,” as well as five top-ten hits, including his latest, “This is God.” He has earned both CMA and ACM Awards nominations, culminating in his 2002 ACM win for Top New Male Vocalist. He also has shared stages with some of country music’s biggest names, like Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Kenny Chesney.

Tickets — $28 for the general public, $25 for WSU students — are available at all TicketsWest outlets, including Beasley Coliseum, Cougar Depot, U of I North Information Center, and Albertson’s in Lewiston, by calling (800) 325-SEAT or at beasley.wsu.edu
