WSU veterinarians help dog walk

Noodles, a 7‑year‑old dachshund-schnauzer mix, can walk again and even give chase to the occasional squirrel or cat. That was all in question when he arrived at WSU with an injury that had left him paralyzed.

WSU lab joins network identifying new pathogens

As part of the $1.7 billion Pathogen Genomics Center of Excellence, the Washington Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory will play a key role preventing the spread of disease-causing pathogens, including new COVID-19 variants.
