WSU has received full accreditation from the AAALAC International, a private, nonprofit organization that promotes the humane treatment of animals in science through voluntary accreditation and assessment programs.
Dr. Raelynn Farnsworth takes over as chief medical officer of the WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital on April 1. She has served as interim hospital director since October 2020.
