Guy Palmer, who served as founding director of the Paul G. Allen School for Global Animal Health, was honored Sept. 28 with the Washington State University Alumni Achievement Award. The award recognizes and honors alumni who have given significant service to WSU and outstanding contributions to community and profession.

SPOKANE, Wash. – Washington State University Spokane chancellor Lisa Brown was recognized as Woman of the Year at Tuesday’s Women’s Recognition Luncheon at WSU Pullman.
The annual award recognizes women who have played a key role in creating social change, increasing equality for all and building community.
