Stressed out? You are not alone if you are experiencing academic stress, test anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and trouble getting everything done.
The Pet PALS study team is currently seeking undergraduate student participants for Pet PALS, a WSU-based study examining the effects of human-animal interaction on coping with academic stress.
Participation in the Pet PALS study will involve attending a total of seven evening meetings over the course of the Fall 2017 semester. This includes four, one-hour academic stress management sessions and three assessment sessions. Participants will be compensated up to $60 cash for full participation.
If you would like to participate in the Pet PALS study, or would like more information, please attend one of our two upcoming informational sessions on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 5-6 p.m. in CUE 419 or Wednesday, Sept. 6, 5-6 p.m. in CUE 419. During this informational session you will be briefed on study procedures, confirm your scheduling availability, and enroll in the study if you choose.
We hope to see you at one of our informational sessions soon. Thanks and Go Cougs!
