WSU entrepreneurs to pitch business ventures to real investors, Shark Tank style, Nov. 20

Select WSU student teams working to launch their own business ventures will pitch to a panel of real investors and seasoned entrepreneurs during “Pitch Demo” 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20. at the Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center. The event is open to WSU faculty, staff, and students who want to watch the teams deliver pitches in a Shark Tank style environment.

The event occurs during Global Entrepreneurship Week recognizing the world’s largest celebration of the innovators and job creators who launch startups beneficial to the economy and society. Pitch Demo sponsors include the WSU Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, Southeast Washington Economic Development Association, and the Pullman Chamber of Commerce.

A catered reception will immediately follow the event.
