We will be printing W2 forms in the next few days. We want to be sure we have your correct information for mailing and filing. To ensure your W2 will be mailed to the correct address, check your “Mail” address today in MyWSU. We use the “Mail” address for W2s, not the “Home” address. W2s will be mailed out by the end of the month. We will announce next week when online W2s will be available. You may check your social security number by clicking on the Earnings Statement link on your WSU portal page. If you need to correct your social security number please contact Payroll Services as soon as possible, (509) 335-9575, or payroll@wsu.edu .
