University Communications Mailing Services Tip of the Week

WSU has a permit for Business Reply mail at the Pullman Post Office. Business Reply Mail (BRM) enables a permit holder to receive First-class Mail and Priority Mail back from customers. The permit holder pays postage and a Post Office per piece handling fee (only for the pieces returned). BRM cards, envelopes, self-mailers, cartons, and labels may be distributed by a BRM permit holder in any quantity for return to the addressee by any Post Office in the United States and its territories and possessions, including military Post Offices overseas. Courtesy reply mail (CRM) is reply mail, other than BRM, for return to the address on the reply piece. The customer returning the piece affixes the applicable First-Class Mail postage.
