Tidal Leadership Certificate Program for Women: Begins Feb. 8

Resolve to make 2016 your year for personal and professional development! Tidal Leadership for Women is a 16-week, online certificate program—designed for women, by women, to address the particular challenges and opportunities faced by women leaders.

Influencing others is a powerful skill. To do it well—consciously, compassionately and courageously—one must learn and practice in a supportive environment where collaboration and emotional intelligence are celebrated, and where women’s perspectives are honored.

Tidal Leadership for Women allows you to focus on what matters most to you, whether it’s cultivating respect in the boardroom, defining work-life balance, or challenging the status quo. Discussion topics, activities, and real-world examples are specifically chosen to serve and resonate with this historically underrepresented leadership group.

Twelve modules, presented by skilled facilitators, use videos, online group discussions and engaging activities to deliver the principles of Tidal Leadership in an interactive format.
