Dr. Joseph Harding is a tenured professor in the College of Veterinary Medicine in the Department of Integrative Physiology and Neuroscience at Washington State University and co-founder of M3 Biotechnology, a Seattle-based biopharmaceutical company.  He is the co-author of over 200 peer reviewed publications and lead-inventor on multiple patents. He has served on multiple NIH study sections and is a past research director of the northwest affiliate of the American Heart Association. Dr. Harding completed his B.S. in chemistry at Allegheny College in 1970 and Ph.D. in chemistry at the University of Delaware in 1974. He was a postdoctoral fellow in neurochemistry with Frank Margolis at Roche Institute of Molecular Biology in 1974-76 and has been at Washington State University since 1976.
