Tech Test Kitchen: Virtual and augmented reality week

WSU’s Technology Test Kitchen is kicking off five weeks of  exploration and discovery today. Each week focuses on a different set of technological tools, and this week’s topic is using virtual and augmented reality in the classroom.

The sessions begin with a brown-bag discussion of virtual and augmented reality at noon today in the AMS offices at Holland Library 150. On Tuesday, participants can make their own Google Cardboard. Wednesday is information on virtually visiting the deep sea and museums, Thursday lets you “speed date” with augmented and virtual reality platforms, and Friday is an open lab.

All sessions are in Holland 150. No registration is required; just drop in.
