Representatives of the Washington State Executive Ethics Board will visit Pullman on Thursday, August 6 to present their program “Ethics in Public Service.” The training will use actual case scenarios and reality-based scenarios to explore the Ethics in Public Service Act (RCW 42.52) and Use of Resources (WAC 292-110010). Ethical concepts will be explained and practical tools provided so state employees will know how to handle ethical issues when they arise in the workplace.
Two sessions are available that day: a morning session from 10-11:30 a.m., and an afternoon session from 1:30-3 p.m. Both sessions originate in Pullman (FSHN T-101) and will be available statewide via AMS Videoconferencing Services.
This training is typically available to WSU only once every two years. It is a unique opportunity to learn from those most directly involved with the State Ethics Law. Register now!
