Session 2 Fitness Classes start Oct. 14

Registration for Session 2 Fitness Classes is now open! Registration is open through November 2, and classes will be running from October 14–December 8. There is something for everyone!

Our Aerobic and Condition classes include; Body Pump, Cardio & Core, Circuit Training, Climbing Conditioning, Core Blast, HIIT Cardio & HIIT Strength, Kickboxing & Pink Gloves Boxing, Pole Fit and Strong by Zumba.

Our Dance and Cycling classes include; Barre to the Beat, Cardio Hip-Hop, Zumba, Belly Dance, Contemporary Ballet, Hip-Hop Dance, Pole Fit, Spin, Spin & Core, Coug Cycle, Spin HIIT, and Intro to Spin.

Our Martial Arts, TRX and Mind & Body classes include; Capoeira and Taekwondo, and Mobility and Flexibility, TRX HIIT and TRX Turbo, Yoga Mindful, Yoga Core, Yoga Power, Yoga Intro, Yoga Restorative, Yoga Gentle, Yoga Vinyasa Flow, and Yoga in Chinese.

CrossFit will be offered as well, you can join Intro to CrossFit and CrossFit JumpStart. You can also purchase a CrossFit pass that gives you unlimited access to all of our CrossFit classes!
