ITS Service Request System retiring

On July 22, Information Technology Services is introducing ITS Customer Center, the newest front-end portal for WSU departments to request phone and data services and software licenses.

ITS Customer Center will replace the existing ITS Service Request System (SRS). This permanent change affects all WSU departments who request phone and data services from ITS, primarily signature authorities and their delegates.
