Seminar: Analysis of corner singularities and cracks in semiconductor devices

Please join us on Thursday, Feb. 14, 11 a.m. to Noon in ETRL room 101 for a presentation by Dr. Ganesh Subbarayan, School of Mechanical Engineering, Purdue University.

In his talk, Dr. Subbarayan will present computational modeling strategies as well as specialized computational tools for analyzing corner singularities, crack initiation and crack propagation in semiconductor devices. He will also present thermodynamic conditions on a moving interface that provides a novel paradigm for integrating mechanics of fracture with thermodynamics.

Meet the speaker before the seminar in ETRL room 119 from 10:30 to 10:50 a.m. We look forward to having you join us!
