Self-Care with the Washington State EAP

Human Resource Services is excited to partner with the State of Washington Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to present a special live online webinar on self-care, for the WSU community.

EAP offers a variety of webinars on COVID-19 related topics to support emotional and mental health and wellbeing. The ‘Self-Care with the Washington State EAP’ webinar offers skills and mental approaches for dealing with the emotional impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This webinar also offers ideas for self-care and strategies for managing stress and fear.
