For the 2020-21 academic year the entire WSU system will be partnering to offer Common Reading programming related to the use of Trevor Noah’s memoir Born a Crime (Pullman, Global, Tri Cities, Spokane, and Everett campuses) and Winona Guo and Priya Vulchi’s 2019 collection Tell Me Who You Are: Sharing Our Stories of Race, Culture and Identity (Vancouver). Programming will include a variety of university and outside speakers, films, workshops, and other activities, open to students and others on all campuses.
If you are teaching a course or work with students in a program for which you would like to consider use of Born a Crime, you are eligible to request an exam e-book from the publisher by visiting https://commonreading.wsu.edu/request-a-copy/
