Reminder- Re-enroll in FSA/DCAP for 2021

The Open Enrollment period for 2021 benefit elections is currently underway. If you plan to participate in a Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) for 2021, your enrollment must be completed by Monday, November 30. Current FSA/DCAP participants are not automatically re-enrolled in the program; you must re-enroll each year you wish to continue to participate.

To participate in an FSA, you must be enrolled in a Classic, Value, Select, Plus, or Sound Choice plan or have waived your medical coverage. Individuals enrolled in a Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP) with HSA are not eligible to participate in an FSA.

Enrollments can be completed through the Navia Portal or by paper form through November 30. Due to ongoing social distancing practices, paper forms can be submitted in the following no-contact methods:

  • Submit to your campus’ HRS office
  • Email to hrs.benefits@wsu.edu with SSNs removed (please include your WSU ID instead)
  • Campus mail to Zip 1014
  • USPS mail to Pullman HRS139 French AdministrationPO Box 641014Pullman, WA 99164-1014
  • Fax to 509-335-1259

If you plan on mailing your forms, please complete your forms early and leave plenty of time for them to arrive.
