The Open Enrollment period for 2021 is ending on Monday, November 30. If you are planning to make changes to your benefit elections and have not yet done so, please complete and submit your elections or forms as soon as possible.
Online changes can be submitted through the Health Care Authority’s MyAccount portal for medical and/or dental selections, and through the Navia portal for Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) and/or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) enrollment/re-enrollment. Once an online submission has been completed, be sure to print or save the confirmation page for your records.
Completed hardcopy forms can be faxed to 509-335-1259 or emailed to hrs.benefits@wsu.edu with SSN replaced with WSU ID number. If you do not have capabilities for either of these options, please call our office to discuss a safe in-person drop off.
